REPRESENTATION OVERVIEW: KIM KENNEDY

 

Kim Kennedy’s take on representation stresses the use of multiple approaches, considering variable learners, creating a fun environment, and planning purposefully. Moving beyond learning styles, Kim notices that not only do all learners learn differently, but they learn differently within different situations and environments. That’s why it’s so important to use the UDL framework to design lessons rather than assigning a learner type to each child.
