The powerful ASQ® Online system streamlines your workflow so you can capture and integrate more data, strengthen your screening program, and move closer to universal screening. Learn how to make the most of ASQ Online by scheduling a hands-on virtual training for your group, led by an experienced and engaging ASQ Online expert.

Who should attend?

This 6-hour learning session is suitable for every level of ASQ Online user, including administrators and providers. New users will learn how to integrate the online system with their current processes and hit the ground running, and existing users will get tips on maximizing the system’s benefits.

Please Note:

You can book a group training with up to 10 participants from your program. If you have fewer than 4 people attending from the same organization, consider signing up for a prescheduled training instead.

What you'll learn

This activity-driven learning session will show your group how to:

  • Set up an account: Understand system roles, enter account information, enter keycodes, add users, adjust user permissions, create custom fields, and import and export data
  • Manage participant data: Set up child and caregiver profiles, search for individual child records, and set reminders and follow-up tasks
  • Manage screenings: Add screening results, score and review results, and track future screenings
  • Communicate with families: Print and customize documents, create mail-out campaigns, and share follow-up activities
  • Use Family Access: Customize your webpage, share the URL with parents, and review and accept completed screens
  • Use reports: Understand the 20+ available reports, run reports, and determine the best report to analyze data and discover trends
  • Make the best use of the help system: Find answers and locate available resources

To participate in this training successfully and qualify for a certificate of completion, all attendees must:

  • Attend on their own device
  • Have a working camera and working microphone
  • Keep the camera on during the entire training
