Cheryl Endres, M.Ed., is a project coordinator with E.A.R.L.Y., a collaborative Early Reading First grant project at Grand Rapids Community College.
She is also principal consultant for evaluation, training and research projects with Cheryl Endres Consulting. She is responsible for the design and implementation of evaluation projects to document program process and outcome effectiveness and to document organizational learning.
