Joy P. McAfee

Joy P. McAfee has experience as a program developer and administrator for the early intervention system in the State of Florida for more than 20 years. She has served on local and state committees for early childhood education, early intervention, and infant mental health. Joy is the co-developer of Up the Learning Ladder, a parent instruction booklet for promoting child development for children with delays and disabilities and the concept developer for Children Do Come with Directions, a parent resource booklet, which was originally published by Success By Six, United Way of Escambia County, Florida.

Ms. McAfee has served as a trainer for the Ages & Stages Questionnaires since 1994.
