Gerry Morgan, M.S. (University of Oregon, 1997, Special Education: Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education), has worked for the University of Oregon’s Early Childhood CARES since 1997, providing specialized services to children and families in Lane County. As a Behavior Specialist, he has trained hundreds of teachers, service providers, administrators, and other professionals in the implementation and delivery of early childhood positive behavior interventions and supports.
Mr. Morgan facilitates Oregon’s statewide Social Emotional Work Group, a consortium of early childhood behavior specialists charged with developing systems for supporting children’s social-emotional development in early childhood programs. He serves on the Board of Directors of the NorthWest PBIS Network, Inc.
